Athena Massage & Training was founded by Amy Brown, a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in deep tissue work & sports massage. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through NCSA and is the official strength coach and massage therapist for RCTC! Amy’s enthusiasm for life is contagious. She loves her work and it shines through all of her client’s success. Her practice includes athletes of all levels – from runners training for their first 5K to Olympic athletes.

Wilfredo Benitez, MSN, M.Ed. – Will is a nutritionist and owner of On Pace Wellness and a USATF certified running coach who knows how important nutrition is for reaching one’s health and fitness goals. As an endurance runner who enjoys other physical activities as well, Will understands the mindset of an athlete as well as the time limitations that balancing training with other responsibilities can bring. It is for this reason why Will individualizes his nutrition coaching services and works with you where you are at to get you from point A to B in a sustainable manner, all while empowering you along the way to take your own nutrition and health into your hands.


Michelle Hurn is a registered dietitian, marathon runner, and USATF certified track and field coach. While practicing inpatient and outpatient care, she discovered a staggering disconnect between knowledge of nutrition principles and subsequent application of those principles. Michelle discovered that patient outcomes are mediated by mindset, even when patients are well educated. Michelle has studied how the mind works, habit formation, and how to transform limiting beliefs.  A key component of this program involves teaching clients how to build confidence, erase fears and doubts, and develop sustainable habits.
