Dr. Rachel Wysocki, DC, MS– Rachel is a chiropractor and runner with specialized education in sports medicine. As a chiropractor, she is an expert in diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. Her treatment philosophy is to treat the individual needs of each patient through effective communication, empathy, and accountability while also remaining grounded in evidence based medicine. With her Master’s of Science in Sports Medicine she has experience treating elite and amateur athletes from all backgrounds of sport but with most specialized training in runners and endurance athletes. She has received advanced certifications in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization for the running athlete, clinical weightlifting movement assessment, Active Release Technique, Rocktape for Performance, Zeren PT certification in Clinical Running Essentials, treating bone stress and tendon injuries in runners, as well as coaching for endurance athletes, and Jay Dicharry’s anatomy for runners companion class on running injuries and gait analysis. As a former Division1 runner and current team member with Rose City Track Club, she has an intimate understanding of the mindset and goals of injured endurance athletes.
