Michelle Hurn is a registered dietitian, marathon runner, and USATF certified track and field coach. Michelle has studied how the mind works, habit formation, and how to transform limiting beliefs. A key component of this program involves teaching clients how to build confidence, erase fears and doubts, and develop sustainable habits. By supplementing personalized meal outlines with positive psychology, this two-pronged approach is markedly effective in helping clients.
