What you give: $30/month*

*Financial support available via our Rose Bud Award & scholarships available for Emerging Athletes.

A supportive community and structured training environment that includes twice weekly strength training, a coached track workout, a weekend long run, and social runs throughout the month; along with PT and chiropractic support from our partner organizations.

Since 2017, we’ve aimed to create something really special with Rose City Track Club. Our mission is to provide a supportive and welcoming, team-based training platform for runners aspiring to be locally to nationally competitive, and to conduct accessible foot races (our Rose City Mile) for athletes of all abilities. In doing so, we hope to create deep bonds among teammates, increase accountability, and foster a supportive environment to help everyone reach their big running goals.

We require that running be a part of your regular movement routine for 2+ years, that you’re interested in taking your running to the next level (through racing and competition), and that you have experience running a 4-hour marathon or faster, e.g. 1:55:00 half marathon, 00:52:10 10k, 00:25:01 5k (or the equivalent for your select race distances).

In order to fulfill our mission and provide the best team-based training platform possible, we also require regular participation. We expect teammates to attend a minimum of 12 practices per year.* Eligible practices include Monday/Wednesday strength sessions, Wednesday track practice, Foodie Friday, and Saturday long runs. In case of injury, illness, or other circumstances that prevent a teammate from running or participating in practice for an extended period of time, we expect attendance at social gatherings, cheering at races, or walking/cross-training at practice.

*Serving as a board member will satisfy this requirement as well – and this rule does not apply to our handful of satellite members.
