North Lake Physical Therapy

North Lake’s physical therapists are focused on developing an individualized treatment plan for each of our patients, paying attention to the personal goals of each person we treat. Your goals might be getting through your day pain free, being able to return to work again, or to shave off a few minutes from your marathon time. Whatever your goal is, we have years of experience treating patients of all ages and varied physical abilities and are here to help you make progress toward your goals.

Dr. Rachel Wysocki, DC, MS

Rachel’s philosophy is to help runners become more in tune with the connection between their mind and body. She wants to facilitate awareness to the patterns of overtraining and lack of recovery that lead to constant injury and anxiety within a sport that, in all of our roots, started full of joy. We are humans, not machines, and a good training & treatment plan should adapt with your weekly stress and changing goals. With the above focuses she believes your ability to PR or even just to hold a healthy consistent training cycle becomes much easier and more enjoyable to achieve. Rachel is passionate to continue supporting you through the ever changing art and science of coaching & chiropractic while working towards your goals.

Willis Jenkins, PTA

Willis leads the RCTC in strength classes two times per week. Willis received his Physical Therapist Assistant degree in June 2003 from Mt. Hood Community College. His undergraduate degree is from Oregon State University where he played football and earned a B.S. in Psychology in 1999. In February 2012 he became certified in Kinesio Taping in Atlanta, Ga. He worked at Reid and Yates since June 2012 and joined the North Lake team in 2014 when the clinics merged.

His approach is treating the body as a whole to improve functional dynamic stability. As an active athlete, he has a special interest in running mechanics, plyometrics, balance, and agility training for injury prevention/return to sport. He is currently a member of USA Masters Track and Field. In his spare time, he enjoys training, skateboarding, and designing clothes. His passion for helping patients improve their quality of life and return to sport with better knowledge of biomechanics is where he finds his strengths with physical therapy.

Andrew Bumbalough

We’re pumped to welcome Andrew (fondly known as Bumbi) to the team. He not only has years of coaching experience under his belt, but has also spent 10 years as a pro runner with NIKE / Bowerman Track Club. Outside of running, he’s a dad, a husband, and a foster parent, plus he knows the value of a supportive, welcoming, team-based training platform. He says it best:

“I know firsthand that behind every great runner is an even greater support team. Whether it's getting a foothold in running, building towards a Boston qualifier, or hitting an Olympic Trials standard, I am here to help guide and challenge you through the process.”
