Come out and join us for an easy run or a workout! The island is a 12 mile loop that's perfect for big workouts on flat terrain. You can scale up or down by running a loop or an out-and-back or some combination thereof :) Please sign our participation waiver and RSVP on Strava.
We'll start from the Gillihan Layover Terrace parking lot just under the bridge.
